Public transport:

The venue is located a short walk from Paddington station (Circle, Hammersmith and City, Bakerloo and Elizabeth Line).

Tube lines generally run quite late - services end at varying times but typically stop just after midnight. We strongly recommend checking the night tube (24h service on some lines) and local buses.

Taxis:

Your best bets are to use apps like Uber or Bolt

We strongly encourage the use of public transport. There is no parking available at the venue - don't drive!!

If you are planning to drive to London, we recommend parking outside central London and using public transport to travel in.

It's London Baby!

There are loads of hotels in the Paddington area, but we encourage you to take advantage of being in the big smoke and explore somewhere different. Whether you prefer to get an Airbnb and live life like a local or treat yourself to a hotel, there's something for everyone.

If you're spoiled for choice, our usual go-to options are:

Mid-range: Moxy, Marriott
Splash out: Hyatt Place

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to capacity restrictions, please do not bring anyone who isn't named on your invite.

Can I bring my kids?

Short answer: please don't!
Slightly longer answer: We really do adore your little ones, and we're super grateful to be a part of their lives. But, we've planned a party that's really only suitable for the grown-ups, so please treat them to a sleepover with their grandparents (or other babysitting arrangements) instead of bringing them along.

What's on the menu?

Okay but really, what can I expect?

Allergens or intolerances? -> Let us know when you RSVP, we'll sort it
Do I need to eat lunch first? -> Yes, we'd recommend having a late breakfast or a light lunch. We'll serve canapés at 4pm (2-3 per person) and dinner (2 courses) at 5.30(ish). There'll also be cake, late night pizza (+ more) and pudding.
You won't go hungry. You might leave with leftovers.

Is there a gift registry?

We're incredibly fortunate and grateful to have made a home together (and it's already got all the usual wedding registry stuff like a stand mixer, coffee machine, plates and a microwave). The biggest gift of all is your attendance - be present with us, let your hair down, and help us have the time of our lives.
While gifts aren't necessary and are by no means expected, if you'd like to gift us something you can find our wishlist here.

What's the sitch with the bar?

An open bar, en esta economía? Sorta! We've pre-ordered a boatload of drinks to keep you merry and well hydrated.
Pre-ceremony and during our cocktail hour, you can help yourselves to beers, cocktails and soft drinks. During dinner, you'll have a choice of red or white wine. After dinner, the bar will be card only.

Will there be dancing?

HELL YEAH!
We can't promise the dancing will be any good, but we've done our best by hiring an awesome DJ. They won't be taking requests on the night, but if you'd like to submit a song suggestion, just add it when you RSVP. One rule: if we play it, you have to dance to it.
Dancing isn't for everyone, and that's absolutely okay! Our venue has a range of spaces and activities to keep you entertained. If you need a quiet space, we've got you covered.
